Read the change beside the rule it enforces
A policy change is easiest to review next to the behaviour it governs. Read the rule, then the case that motivated the change, then the change itself. Reviewing the change alone hides whether it narrows the rule, widens it, or leaves it unchanged while appearing to do something.
What this page exercises
This use case deliberately omits an authored description, so the published metadata comes from the framework’s fallback rather than an authored value. It is illustrative and describes no released capability. The bounds a reviewed step runs under are listed in operational limits.
